Basic necessities for day-to-day life include food. As of today my list of food allergies is about a page long, single spaced, 8 point font. Due to this, if ever I was limited in what food I could consume my diet would be an easy one to diagnose. Bead, water, and beef would be my primary staples. With this diet I would continue to have energy, hydration, as well as muscle-building protein and the ability to have a tiny amount of variety. If I did not have food allergies I would replace water with milk, so I had hydration, as well as the ability to have more variety, but alas I am lactose intolerant.
